What is this new site?

Nova Labs has traditionally used Meetup.com to organize our events and classes. Since we are expanding and strive to provide our members and attendees with a better experience all the time, we've finally outgrown Meetup, and needed more customization.

Beginning now, we will be listing all new Events on this new site where you can register and pay for all classes that we host.  We plan to to use this site for membership management at a later date.

How do I log in for the first time?

If you are an existing Nova Labs Member you will need to click on forgot password during the event registration process. Use the same email address as you do on the main Nova Labs web site.

How do I request an event refund?

You must cancel at least 48 hours before the start of the event. Refunds are enforced by the events system. Please plan wisely and add a reminder to your calendar. If you are taking up a seat in the class, then, like most businesses, we have a refund window that is enforce. Please be courteous.

Login to your profile and cancel the class. We issue refund directly to your card within one week of cancellation.

What are Associate Hours?

Weekdays 5pm-10pm, weekend 12pm-5pm.

How do nominate someone for Key Membership?

Please submit the Key Member Nomination form.
