The MMX Shop is the gateway for many new members to get making right away. MMX offers a suite of light to medium duty wood tools for beginning and advanced applications. MMX Basic tools sign-off will get maker members up and running on a variety of tools and also get them conscientious of tool safety.

Sign-offs: MX Basic tools and Yellow Safety Tools Covered. Drill Press, Scroll Saw, Oscillating/Spindle Sander, Rikon bandsaw, Mixed Media Bandsaw, Stationary sander, Miter saw

Safety: Close toed shoes with non-synthetic uppers, non-synthetic clothing, long hair and beards need to be pulled back, safety glasses (loaners available in the shop). Hearing protection recommended (disposable ear plugs available in the shop)
