The Kinetic Sculpture Team would like to invite all teammates, family members and Kinetic Sculpture Racing Curious out for a potluck picnic. The event will be held in Paul's backyard & Kinetic Sculpture Build zone on the other side of Fairfax City, a few minutes away from Nova Labs. This is an opportunity to relax, mingle, and see Proud Mary and her Engineering trophy if you couldn't make it up to Baltimore.
The KSR team is always looking for new recruits and ideas for next year - our tentative plan is to do small upgrades to Proud Mary but spend more of our build time on decorations and kinetic art pieces for future races. We'll provide the main meal and basic drinks; please bring a side or dessert to share and feel free to bring fancy drinks/BYOB. Our house is fully equipped with 4 cats and 2 dogs, who we will try to calm down pre-event, but if you have allergies you should be aware.
