Now "in person"!

Instructor:  Paul Chase

To reserve your spot, find this event and others like it on our new Nova Labs events portal.

This class will guide you to creating and printing your own small lithophane: printing pictures with your 3D Printer. Students should bring their own laptop in order to create the model, and have a photograph (or a few!) ready to be litho'd.

We will be using https://itslitho.com/ for the model preparation - no CAD. The class is intended to get users more familiar with the 3D Printing toolchain at Nova Labs while providing a nice keepsake.Nova Labs will provide the filament, a tealight and a lithophane stand. At the end of the class, users will start prints on the Nova Labs machines and have to pick them up later - we'll be using the FDM printers, so each litho will take 2-4 hours to print.

To reserve your spot, find this event and others like it on our new Nova Labs events portal.

Class cost: $40 (to be paid through the Portal)
**Refund and Events Policy: https://www.nova-labs.org/class-and-event-policies/

The intention is to help beginning, but signed off Nova Labs members use the FDM printers, however a signoff is not required.

This class does not confer signoff on the 3D Printers, but we may offer a combined course in the future.
