Sharp knives are essential tools for every kitchen. They are easier to use, safer and more precise. Yet many of us neglect our knives.

This hands-on class will teach you how to sharpen a knife properly. It will discuss inexpensive tools like whetstones and basic techniques anyone can master. It will also discuss more advanced techniques.

Please bring one of your kitchen knives to use for practice.
