CS_P: Build Your Own Cosplay Helmet

Foamsmithing is the craft of turning floor mats into lightweight, durable cosplay armor. This class will teach you the basics of foamsmithing, including pattern design, cutting and assembly techniques, and how to finish your armor.

You'll also build a foam cosplay helmet from scratch.

This class requires cutting foam with a razor knife. Younger children must be accompanied by an adult. It also uses contact cement and other materials that can stain fabric. Wear appropriate clothing.

Class Fee: $40

Instructor: Steve Fritzinger is the composites steward, wood worker, chef instructor, bread-maker, and cosplay expert.
