AC_P: Inkscape for Crafter’s Cove Demo

Did you know that Crafter’s Cove has CNC machines too? Crafter’s Cove contains several embroidery machines, an industrial vinyl cutter, Silhouette (paper, vinyl, fabric) cutters and an Eggbot art robot, all using CNC technology. Using Inkscape and a hand drawn design, I will demonstrate how to create a vector from an image that can be made into stickers, stencils, masks for screen printing, designs for t-shirts, decorated eggs, applique, and embroidered patches. The class ends with a tour of the Crafters Cove pointing out all the CNC machines we have to offer!
