Wild Apricot (WA) Portal
In-person, hands-on basic programming class for those wanting to improve their basic electronics and programming skills. Learn basic programming with microcontroller prototyping using this interesting project. You'll like to work with loops, conditionals, and controls using the NeoPixel light rings with advanced electronics like encoders and potentiometers.
Go beyond your basic electronics skills. We'll teach about several different types of sensors used in robotics and other electronics, along with the techniques used to code for them.
Prerequisites: none
We do recommended familiarity with basic breadboard and electronics.
Kits: Hardware is provided for in-class use only. If you wish to take the kit home to do the additional suggested projects, turn it into a cool wearable, or do additional projects, you may purchase it for $10.
