Learn to Hack regardless of your skill level!

Whether you're a veteran of offensive security or brand new, come join us for a night of fun and education! This is a Capture the Flag event with an expert in pentesting (hacking) present to guide you through regardless of your skill level. The target network contains 6 different hosts with a wide variety of challenging vulnerabilities to exploit. Show up, plug in, and get to hacking! If you get stuck, raise your hand and the instructor will help you through.

Learn how to:

• Enumerate a target network Identify vulnerable services 
•  Use Metasploit and other tools to exploit the target Identify web application vulnerabilities like SSRF and RCE 
•  Exploit cloud networks and gain access to account level privileges and more!

Some experience using Windows and Linux systems required!

To Bring: Bring your own laptop or use one of ours. No special software or specific operating system required.

Instructor: Michael Butler is Vice President of Offensive Services and a senior penetration tester at UltraViolet Security where he leads, hacks, and develops red teaming tools. Michael has worked in the offensive security field for nearly 10 years which includes time working for the US Army, NSA, Cyber Command, and several commercial cyber security companies. Michael holds several awards and certifications (e.g. OSCP, CISSP, AWS-SCS, etc).
