Refund and Events Policy: Events Policy, refund, cancellations, inclement weather

• Refunds (except for camps and special events) are issued automatically if you cancel your own registration. Login to your profile, click on the Events tab, select the event. Click on the "already registered" button and follow the prompts. You can only cancel up to 48 hours in advance. We apply this rule fairly since it is not fair if we apply it to some people and not others. Please be responsible and set a calendar reminder Cancel early so someone else can fill the seat. Thank you for your understanding.
• Minimum Enrollments: Classes and Camps are subject to minimum enrolments. For camps, parents will be notified 2 weeks in advance if their camper's class is cancelled and a refund will be issued automatically within a week. For classes, you will be notified as soon as possible, but we try to cancel at least the day prior.
• Camps: Cancellations made between May 21st and two weeks before camp will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued within two weeks of the start date of camp.
• Sign-off classes: Refund is not issued if you are more than 15 minutes late or if prerequisites or safety dress code is not met at the time of the class. Sign off may also not be issued at the instructors discretion regarding the safety risk.

Non-members: Classes with sign-offs (permission to use the tool independently) are not issued to non-members or member applicants (no GO sign-off). Sign-offs can be issued up to 30 days after taking the class, but are forfiet after 30 days and must be taken again.
