Join us if you want to create a perfect loaf of artisan sourdough bread with a light, airy crumb, thin, crisp crust and that much sought after ear.
In this class, you’ll learn how to:

  • Maximize oven spring for big loaves and a great crumb
  • Build dough strength with advanced tricks and tips
  • Shape the classic loaves: Boules, batards, and baguettes
  • Use specialty flours like Italian Tipo 00 and French Type 55

          Plus, WHAT TO DO WITH ALL THAT SOURDOUGH DISCARD?!
          Don't have a sourdough starter? Each attendee will receive a sample of my venerable starter.
