WW_P20: Joinery Class

IMPORTANT: This is a 2 session class over two days

This new class is being offered for members who either want to improve their joinery knowledge, feel more confident in their skills, or start their woodworking journey with confidence in knowing what joinery to use for various projects.

You'll leave with an understanding of the main types of joinery, their uses, and pros and cons. You'll gain confidence in how to select which joinery to use for a project and how to go about making a project with different joints including pitfalls. You'll see how different joinery is done, and you'll have the guidance to practice in between classes.

This is a two day class

• the first day will cover the basics and demonstrate how the main types of joinery are made.
• the second day will cover practice, where you can select which skills you want to improve in and spend time practicing to build those skills.

Ideally, you'll take time between classes to practices so you come with some understanding of what mistakes can happen.
