AC_P: All Things Pizza (NEW CLASS)

Is pizza the greatest food on Earth? Yes. Yes, it is. And as good as pizza from your favorite shop may be, homemade pizza can be even better. Fresh and hot from your oven, with whatever toppings you can imagine.

In this hands-on class, we'll explore the secrets of making fantastic pizza at home. We'll cover different pizza styles like New York, Neapolitan and bar style. We’ll make dough and sauce, stretch and top them, and, of course, baking them to perfection. You'll learn how to get great results from an ordinary home oven, and we'll fire up a real wood-fired Neapolitan pizza oven designed and built right here at Nova Labs.

This class will take place both indoors and outdoors, so dress for the weather.
